A message dated May 5, 2008, was received stating the Governor                                                                  
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 370(RES)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to forested land management and protection from                                                           
     wildland fire and other destructive agents; changing the term                                                              
     'forest fire' to 'wildland fire' where it appears in the Alaska
